What is the Victim, Persecutor and Rescuer Dynamic?
This dynamic is commonly known as the “Drama Triangle”. It is an unhealthy way that we relate with our Self and with others; in an attempt to get our needs met.
It is a relationship pattern that creates inner and outer conflict, disempowerment, codependency, and reliance.
Through healing this dynamic, we can experience freedom, empowerment, healthy relationships, alignment, full access to our manifestation and creator abilities, and live in a higher vibration; allowing us to create the healthy and expansive reality that we all deserve.
What are each of these roles?
Victim: This role consists of feeling powerless, looking for others to solve our problems, blaming others and feeling and living like we are owed something or life is working against us.
Rescuer: This role is when we try to fix and save others. We believe that others need saving. If someone is in a victim role around us, we will often jump into this role with the idea that they need saving. In this role, we do not trust in other people’s power or sovereignty.
Persecutor: We are in this role when we are shaming or blaming others from a punitive, dominant and critical place. We get big and use anger as a weapon against others and a way to try to create connection and Self stabilization in relationship.
The work is to see when this dynamic is playing out, what role we are playing in this triangle and to then step off of this triangle. We want to find safety and regulation within, so that we do not perpetuate this cycle within Self or in relationships. It is never our job to get someone else off of the triangle.
In this group, we will:
✨Identify which of these 3 roles you are most familiar with (we generally will go between all 3 of these roles in our life and in relationships).
✨Heal what has contributed to you embodying these roles.
✨Clear how these patterns and relationship style has been passed down through your family lineage.
✨Heal childhood patterns and family of origin contributors to you learning and embodying these roles.
✨Release messaging and patterning that you have adopted and absorbed relating to this dynamic.
✨Work on Self regulation and safety so that you feel safe stepping away from this dynamic.
✨Align you with sovereignty, empowerment, freedom and love.
✨Activate and heal your expanded and highest DNA.
✨Support your remembering of your light body.
✨Activate and receive support in manifesting 3 personal intentions.

These Group Healings run for 5 Days. All healings are done remotely and in a group format. Each group will have a designated Facebook Page to communicate the daily clearings and activations, to post your 3 intentions for the week, and for you to share and communicate with other group members. When signing up please share your Facebook Name. If you do not want to participate in the Facebook Group Page, please at the time of sign up share an email, phone number, or another communication avenue, to receive the daily clearings and activations.
How This Group Works:
5 Days of Remote Healing: You can join from anywhere! Each day, you will receive quantum, energy and multidimensional healing sessions and activations. All of the healings are done remotely, so it fits into your schedule. Each morning I activate healings that are in the highest and greatest good for all group members. The healings generally run for 8-10 hours and then in the evening, I will send a soothing frequency to support you in integrating the healings from that day.
Lasting Change and Shifts: Even though the activations and healings run for 8-10 hours over 5 days, the healings often take days and weeks to fully integrate. Therefore, you will be receiving healing and transformation support longer than the group is running.
Activations and Healings: The activations and healings that I initiate in the group come from me channeling the Higher Selves of all the group members. I check in each day and receive the information of what is needed for each of the group members. I then am able to activate the healings through the information and wisdom that I receive in the Quantum field.
Group Communication: I post and share the healings and activations either through a private Facebook page or via email if you choose not to join the Facebook group. (I highly recommend joining the group as people who do, say they feel more connected to the group community.) Nonetheless, even if you never look at the group or your email you will still receive all the benefits.
Manifesting Intentions: Along with the healings and activations I also support you in manifesting 3 intentions for the week. I will support you in clearing any obstacles that are blocking you from this manifestation and support you to align with what you want to create.
