My approach to healing

My work brings together my background as a psychotherapist with Quantum Energy Healing, muscle testing, nervous system healing, parts work, and spiritual and Soul-based approaches.

I look at the whole person and stay curious about what may be contributing to an experience, including what may not yet be conscious or visible.

The intention is not simply to manage what is happening on the surface, but to explore what is underneath and support change at a deeper level.
